What We Do

The First Step

A Senior Evolution staff member meets with you at your office, in your home, days, evenings, or weekends - whatever meets your need - and provides:

A full explanation of care and living choices:

And

An in depth discussion about:

The Second Step

The same Senior Evolution staff member meets with your loved ones in their home to better understand what they are saying and what they are not saying to ascertain:

Then

Based on our assessment, we will provide you with our findings, and a list of options , including contact information, that BEST meet your loved one's needs.

Example 1:
Mom really misses Dad since he passed. Most of her friends are gone now, she doesn't drive and has lost interest in cooking and things she used to enjoy. She has expressed an interest in a more social setting, but one that affords privacy. She does not want to be a burden to her family. I recommend the following two communities because of their activity programs and the emphasis on bridge. The residents at these communities most fit your mothers' personality. I suggest that you visit these communities, with Mom, to have a tour.

Example 2:
Mom and Dad are able to stay in their home. Both feel strongly about remaining independent. I suggest that the home undergo some modifications that will enable them to function in a safer manner. i.e. grab bars in the toilet and bath area, clearing out some furniture to enable unobstructed walking, in home care to help with meal preparation, cleaning and chores.
